Get Heighten Spell. Most important metamagic feat for a sorcerer that uses lots of spells with a negating save. Yes, I know you got the Malign Spell Focus trick, but still, at higher levels, your low-level spells will have too low a DC to be useful anymore, Heighten Spell counters that problem, and suddenly some good 1st or 2nd or 3rd-level spells become viable options to use with your high level slots. BTW, if most of the spells (with a save) you cast are enchantment spells, then Spell Focus + Greater Spell Focus is better than Corrupt Spell + Malign Spell Focus. ;)

Glitterdust is really good (especially when you also have Heighten Spell). And how to know where to cast it? See Invisible (then not only you can see the invisible threat), bat familiar, good Listen check, ... there are countless options.

If you are worried about undead, get Command Undead at 2nd level. That spell is very nifty.

Unluck is not good, IMHO. You should have plenty other options available to deal with creatures your enchantments don't work against. And against others you will always have a better spell ready, anyways. If you want a good 3rd-level spell to use against most targets, get Slow, which is much better, even against a single target.

If you want a spell, that works against pretty much everything, consider Orb of Force.

Don't drop Suggestion, it's one of the most versatile enchantment spells available, especially in combination with Mindbender and the telepathy ability. Also, Suggestion is not hindered by a Protection from Evil/Good spell, since it's neither charm nor ongoing control. The Dominate ability is only 1/day (good enough for sure, but no replacement for a spell).

Greater Blink is highly recommendable. Good choice that!

Thanks for the recommendations (everyone else too). I think they make sense. One quick comment... I also have SF and GSF (Enchantment). Is Chain Spell worth taking though? It seemed like a good idea, but maybe too limited. And I'll look at Heighten Spell.

There are very, very few spells, which actually work well with Chain Spell. I think it sounds better than it actually is.

Heighten Spell is particularly nice for Sorcerers who might not otherwise use all of their higher spell slots.

(I assume the DCs in the OP are wrong? I doubt if you have a +17 charisma bonus..)

Feats: The Corrupt Spell/Malign Spell Focus don't seem so good to me. Better get (Greater) Spell Penetration. You definitely want Practiced Spellcaster (CD), to improve your caster level.

Spell suggestions:
5th: Greater Blink is not a bad choice.
Magic Jar is good if you can make it work. Keep the body out of enemy reach and stay within spell range, and you can't die. Overland Flight or Mass Fly (SC) gets you much needed mobility.
4th: I agree with Charm Monster. Second spell should be Voice of the Dragon (SC). It gets you some nifty skill bonuses, and a "free" suggestion spell. Enervation and Greater Invisibility are strong runners-up.
3rd: I don't like any of these. Maybe some other party member (cleric?) can handle the dispels? Blink is good if you don't go with the greater version. Ray of Dizziness (SC) will neuter most major foes and it works well with your theme. Blacklight (SC) is a poor man's greater invisibility. And you can't go wrong with Fly.
2nd: I'd want Command Undead. Hideous Laughter isn't bad either - it puts a creature out of the fight and gives you plenty of time to get a charm spell in.
1st: Drop Mage Armor and Nerveskitter. Your AC will suck anyway and you're better of knowing that any sort of melee combat is to be avoided at all cost. Nerveskitter has too short a duration to be really useful. Serene Visage (SC) grants a bonus on bluff checks and seems appropriate for your char (even if the duration is short). Magic Missile is a simple, yet effective attack spell to fall back on.

Items: A Circle of Persuasion is a must-have IMO, for the +3 on the charisma checks you'll be making against charmed creatures. A Mask of Lies (CAdv) is also potentially useful even though the bluff bonus won't stack with the mindbender ability.

Voice of the Dragon is very good for sure. Probably better than Suggestion, if you have enough 4th-level spells known.

Depending on what other spells one wants to learn (4th level is tough with so many good spells, but so is 3rd (and any other level :D)), it might not work out, and then Suggestion is the better choice, though. I'd probably not get it and stick with Suggestion, since it's not that much better; weaker even in some situations, since it takes two actions to use (cast the spell and use the Suggestion effect).

Don't forget the +10 enhancement bonus on bluff, diplomacy and intimidate. As a mindbender he's likely to need social skills to manipulate charmed opponents and minions. The "two actions to use" thing is only going to be an issue if he's ambushed, since a 10 min/level duration is enough to last through most "dungeons". Also, it's +1 caster level for sorcerers.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I take Heighten Spell, then I probably don't need to take Corrupt Spell+Malign Spell Focus. I'm not sure the (effective) +1 DC is worth two feats, unless I did it strictly for flavor.
