Need Help Designing My First Chaotic Evil Character

My gaming group is starting a new campaign, and I've decided I'm tired of the whole Lawful Good schtick. I'm thinking of going CE. But I've never rolled up a character like this before - I know what I want the guy to be like, but I need some insight into what classes to pick in order to best min-max a character for running away from fights quickly and effectively, stealing from the poor and elderly, and smashing puppies.

We're starting at 4th level. Any recommendations?

Those sound like they have potential! Still, keep the ideas coming.

Anyone know any feats that make a character better at buggery? What supplement are they from, if so?

Buggery? You mean, like priests and schoolboys type buggery?

Well, there's always that classic from Valar Project...

You could mix in 2 levels or more of a Paladin of Tyranny from WOTC's Unearthed Acana. :)

Either WotC"s The Complete Buggerer, or Mongoose's Slayers' Guide to Buggery. WW's Buggery: The Backsiding for Scarred Lands is lacking in crunch, so there aren't a lot of feats in there for it.

Play a Rogue / Cleric with high Spot and Listen skills. Convince your party that you'll make the absolute best watchman.

Then, during the night, grab the highest crit-multiple weapon you can find, and one-by-one CDG them in the dark. Then, take their stuff and animate their corpses.

A fun time will be had by all!
