Need Help on a new Exalted Feat

I'm looking at trying to create an [Exalted] feat that provides immunity to negative energy effects (including level drain). It makes sense to me that if a character is Exalted, they should receive some kind of benefit when dealing with vile creates who attempt to use negative energy on them. I was thinking something like:

Feat Name: Holy Blessing [Exalted]
Prerequisite: Nimbus of Light
Benefit: As an exalted being, you enjoy the blessings of celestial forces. This feat represents protection you have received in the form of immunity from negative energy effects and level drain.

This would basically be a permanent partial Death Ward, which is a lev. 4 Clr spell. However, I'm not sure if this would be a balanced feat in the terms of game mechanics. Any suggestions on how this could be changed or another way to make this work are much appreciated.

This fails the 'would everybody take it?' test. Especially as it can be taken a very low level. How about making the feat give a +2 Exalted bonus vs Evil, Vile, Necromantic, etc effects, including the saving throw to shrug off a negative level?

How about this:

Feat: Soul of Light [Exalted]
Prerequisite: Nimbus of Light
Benefit: You ignore a number of negative levels per day equal to the number of Exalted feats you have. For example, if you have two Exalted feats, you can gain up to two negative levels on a given day and not suffer any ill effects.

This is closer to what I would use. Perhaps if it could be taken multiple times, each time negating one level per day. Or maybe it could help resist negative energy by bolstering a save by +5. Of course it would need to be available at a higher level, then.
