Sorry, I'm hack n'slash at heart. If you're not human, check out the tribal protector in the first splatbook. Fantastic for the RTTOEE, especially with a level of Ranger. Be careful of the multi-classing thing, though. If half-orc, as I suspect, you're ignoring those Barb levels, so you can always keep throwing more levels on there. Otherwise, the guy is sweet.

Ok, party consists of:

Monk 6
Wiz 6
Cleric 6
Fighter 5/Order of the Bow 1
and me the Bar 2/Fighter 4 (aka Tank)

Since you have CR already, I would lean towards Iron Will.

You are the absolutely obvious choice to take down with a Will spell. Monk, Wiz, and Cleric are not going to be targetted. Any savvy opponent will take you out of the picture in order to force the archer or cleric into melee. That is almost like killing two birds with one stone.

On second thought, consider Hold the Line. If they charge you, you get an AoO. With a huge reach they will have trouble going around you.

Check if you have the prerequisites for the Chain Master. The ability to use that spiked chain as double weapon OR as reach weapon as usual at lvl2 may be tempting.
