Need some tech in my campaign (Esp. a map editor)

Where can I find a good map editor or dm tools set? I've been looking everywhere but most things I manage to find are faulty/buggy.

Any ideas?

P.S. I'm a new DM, so anything helps : )

For mapping, I prefer Dundjinni. I've tried several and found this to my liking. It is just easy to use.
The other tool that has completely changed my prep is the monster builder. And it has only been out a week. You'll need a DDI subscription, but the ability to look up any monster and then tweak it, is priceless. From there, you can paste it into your doc and away you go.
