New Character need help

I just retired my character that I had from '98. He was my second character I ever made. Anywho, I starting a new one and I thought I would make a munchkin character cause I everyone else in the group has. SO I need help min/max him. Here's what I got so far:

I making him an gnome (gasp), deep gnome.
I also going to have him planet touched (gnome god).
ECL= +3 (or 4?)
Total lvl= 13 or 14
kind of want to do a rogue or a cleric type
stat are heroic so don't worry about limits
caimpaign is forgotton realms

so I think thats all you guys need. I working on story as I go but so far he basicly got kicked out of his home land for being really good and a real prankster.

I was thinking a long the lines of temple raider or contemplatve but I don't know. what ever you guys come up with will prob. be better. thnx guys

Make a medium sized (non-dwarf) character so when all else fails you can outrun everyone else!
What kind of chr do you want to play?
Any race can be a cleric. Some make better fighting clerics than others.
I'm not very familiar with rogues but unless you're going with a extrememly sneaky rogue a medium sized character has faster movement (for flanking and positioning) and does more damage with shortswords than daggers.

SA–Sneak Attack (Ex): Character deals +4d6 damage against an opponent with a discernable anatomy who is denied a Dex bonus or is flanked.
SQ–Uncanny Dodge: Dex bonus to AC, can't be flanked.
Equipment: +1 daggers (10), +1 ghost touch dagger, +2 ring of protection, +1 amulet of natural armor, wand of mage armor, pale blue ioun stone, pink ioun stone, pink and green ioun stone, gloves of Dex +6, cloak of elvenkind, 7,000 gp in gems.

Languages Known: Gnome, Common, Terrain, Undercommon, and Kuo-Toan.

Notes: For the last 2 levels, the character has had a -20% XP penalty.

Combat: Before combat, have someone cast mage armor on you (or cast it from your wand with Use Magic Device) - you're unarmored, so the extra protection goes a long way, bringing your AC to 31. Hide whenever possible - you're effectively invisible to characters with Spot bonuses of lower than +19. Toss +1 daggers whenever possible against sneak-attackable foes; as long as they're closer than 20 feet, you suffer no penalty.
 

pretty cool I decided to go with plane touched halfling now though. Rogue 3/sorc 6/arcane trickster 3.
now I need spells, feats, weapon(s)... what should I use?
