I think you are, yeah.

Flip the coin.. give this feat to a Giant with a boulder. Tripping the threshold would be often, if not every shot. Success at the trip would be often, if not every hit. This feat would be a must have for any Giant builds. The DM in me says 'Hello! Bowling for PCs!'
Well, you know, if I'm a PC and I'm about to face a giant, and then I find out the giant spent his feats on Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Sharp-shooting, and Kneecap, instead of on Power Attack, Cleave, Great Cleave, and Awesome Blow ... I'm okay with that. Really, really, really okay with that.
Wouldn't you be?
A stone giant might take it, since the typical stone giant already has two of the pre-reqs, but I'm okay with that, too. Being hit by a boulder from a stone giant should knock one on one's ass, right?
You sure you still consider it "must have"?
I've tried every extreme case I can think of to break the feat, and I'm not able to. I think it's pretty well balanced. I'm playtesting it again today, against my Freeport players and with a dedicated archer villain, and if I find it too powerful, I'll let you know. If you do run scenarios, let me know what your results are, okay?
