The City Arcana is a 3.5 campaign that will deal with some mature themes. It is centered around the suppression of arcane magic worldwide by violent and tyrannical means.

I'm interested in a 3.5 game. I would prefer lower level, high-post count, homebrew (my gaming knowledge of FR is low and Ebberon is nonexistent).

I would be happy to play in a higher level but I don't have any readymade characters so it might take me a day or two to roll up a character.
