New Narnia trailer

Ya know, I thought that when the LotR movies were finished that I'd seen the last great fantasy movie for quite some time. I knew there were other properties out there waiting to be made but the chance that it would be done right was small. These trailers give me hope.

My 9 year old has the release date memorized. It is his favorite book so far (read in both Spanish and English). He and his brother may be anticipating this even more than SW3 (which, considering they have all 5 of the others memorized is saying something).

The movie looks very good.

I have not read more than this book, we will likely read the rest out loud as a family.

They make a lot more sense when read in chronological, rather than publication order.
I have to agree with others here, publicaction order is the way to go...and the lamp post example is a perfect illustration of this.

Agreed 100%
Finally a cool fantasy movie I can take the kids too....
Count me in for Geekarama in December.

I don't know if it's the trailer or my monitor, but it was too dark for me to make out anything. Still it sounded interesting... :p

WWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! AWESOME! YES! YES! OH GOOD LORD, YES!
I have to say I agree with this. It looks to be awesome, with actual battles and much better animation then the old movies.

And call me crazy but it had that LOTR feeling of 'finally someone is doing it right.'
