I haven't seen this posted yet, so I'll throw it out there for those interested.

New Reaper Pre-painted minis


These are masters, but even so, the mind flayer, the ghost and the mummy are pretty exciting, not to mention the gnolls and goblins. And Joe Fighter (and his cousin, Joh Evil Fighter) looks pretty good too!

I'm rather ignorant about miniatures. Are those the same scale as the D&D minis?

Also, it seems to me that they aren't too easy to find online, except at Reaper's store. Noble Knight only has 3 and other stores don't seem to carry them.

I saw some of these in my FLGS. They aren't that great. The Minotaur (the one I am least likely to purchase) looks really good though.

Hopefully they'll branch out from Mooks a little bit. I'm optimistic.


edit: I should have checked the link. Those are the new series. Not bad. The first series was ok... I thought WoTC's skeletons looked better. I wouldn't mind picking up fistfulls of those goblins from this next series.

Looking good! The only one I don't care for is the Succubus, but if I can talk my wife into re-painting her...

I hope the Marilith is a little larger in scale than the metal version. She is cool and all, but a littel more mass to her would be nice.

So far DDM is winning the battle of the prepainted miniatures in my mind.
