A new spell, Dazzling Ray, has been added to EN World's 5E Spells Database.
You aim a brilliant beam of radiant energy at a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 1d4 radiant damage, and unless it is immune to the blinded condition, it has disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
