They have a good shot of making it to the Bowl, but Eagles will win :] ... no wait McNabb under pressure... they lose another horrible gut wrenching game ending the season for the eagle fans....
Sorry just don't want to get hopes up too high :)

Well, McNabb managed to subject a good portion of the team to the Campbell's curse this year, so it seems likely that the Eagles will be plagued with injuries this year.

Me, I'm rooting for the Pats again. Been my team since '86, and they've finally begun justifying my faith in them. I'd really love to start using the 'D' word to describe them.

I dont expect them to be a threat in the playoffs ... but after watching the Falcons - Rams game all I could do was repeat what the announcer already said ...

Vick is Sick !

That man has a speed that no one else has. And when he is healthy and on his game he makes the Falcons a threat to almost everyone.

With the possible exception of the Pats who play fantastic team defense.

They both have the best shot from the NFC (along with the Vikes maybe) but can you honestly favor them over the Pats? Sure the Pats didn't play well against the Cards but they always find a way to win. On paper, I just don't see anyone beating them, especially if their offense starts clicking. I'm hoping Branch can heal up in the bye week.

Well, unless you see the Pats going undeafeated which is very tough to do, then teams will see a way to beat them. Last year the Vikings looked unstoppible but then they didn't even make the playoffs. In the early season many teams look really good especially when they've won both their games.

They've won 17 games in a row; one more and they tie the NFL record... I really think you can consider this to be more than just early season success.

Except wins from last year really have little impact on this year. I don't like that they are counting that winning streak that stretches over two seasons. But ya, they are doing well.

Well that's what a consective win streak. There are also single-season winning records and consective wins including the playoffs. All can be looked at separately.

they are doing well

LOL, this is the understatement of the year.

Well I never said they would go undefeated but no team in the past 17 has found a way yet. Sure, going undefeated in a huge and unlikely accomplishment but if the Pats meet the Eagle or the Vikings or the Seahawks in the Big Game, my money's still on the Pats.

I can't believe my beloved Packers managed to botch the biggest spread of the week. :(
To Da Bears, no less. Excuse me while I go cry in my beer and cheese curds *sniff*
