So you're saying that ninjas can dance, get good haircuts and know not to wear a black belt with brown shoes?

Yes. I have heard from very good sources that behind the ninja mask are pain-stakingly well groomed men, from their hair to their nails, nothing is over looked and everyone knows a chick cannot become a ninja.

I don't think the rules deal very well with unarmed combat and therefore don't like characters that specialize in it.

In, though they don't need to be their own class. A rogue/fighter can do the job just fine.

Oh, and female ninja = kunoichi.
