I have it and I really enjoyed reading it. It definitely takes a toolbox approach to the Elemental Chaos, which allows DMs to easily tailor the content to their own campaigns or drop elements wholesale into their adventures. I do wish their were more monsters in the book, but I was happy with those that appeared and in particular, I enjoyed the trend of named planar inhabitants, like Ygorl, being elite instead of solo (though there are plenty of solo monsters in the book, the githzerai monk Liricosa being my favorite).

Meh. I browsed it. No interest. Which is pretty much my reaction to most 4E supplements.

 How can a game be so good in play, yet its books so dull at the same time?
