Character Customization has two takes on this. The Ecclesiastic is a cleric variant who still cast spells but doesn't run around in heavy armor. The Prosyletizer is a rogue variant who doesn't cast spells (or perform sneak attacks) but gets bonuses to Diplomacy and Knowledge (religion) and gains a few domain powers.
