  • Duskblade (Player's Handbook II)

  • Psion (Expanded Psionics Handbook)

  • Psychic Warrior (Expanded Psionics Handbook)

  • Scout (Complete Adventurer)

  • Warlock (Complete Arcane)

I know that Archivist is the target for the psi peeps, but I like the archivist's flavor too much to kill it. I'm going to vote for the Beguiler -- Warmage and Dread Necromancer are gone, so why are you still sticking around?

And remember, duskblade = overpowered.

Voted for Beguiler. I've all but given up trying to get rid of the Duskblade, so now I am going to seek to at least remove the Beguiler from the ranks. Hopefully a few will be willing to join this crusade. The psion or archivist can always be removed later, right? :heh:

Hmmm... given the choice between Psion, Archivist, and Beguiler - we'll go with Archivist - Clerics are already overpowered, and this guy can get divine spells that aren't even Cleric Spells!

Looks like Warlock, Duskblade, and Scout are are in good shape to be the final 3.

Psy-warrior: DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!

Of those left...

Archivist: I haven't seen 'em in play, I'm not voting against something I'm neutral about while classes I hate persist. :p
Beguiler: See archivist
Duskblade: see archivist
Psion: Deserves to be in the final 3 :p
Psychic Warrior: DIE DIE DIE DIE!!!
Scout: See Psy-warrior. :p
Warlock: It must be hard being so damn cool.

Why do all the specialist wizards suddenly get to be full blown classes?
Because they're not specialist wizards, but specialist sorcerers. Everyone and their dog complained about sorcerers being boring and dull, so the ever-generous designers at WotC gave us a few interesting ones. For which I'm very happy.

And before you go "but they killed off the sorcerer with these classes!", consider that the very class that did just that, is still in the running, starting with "Ps" and ending in "ion".

I voted for the psychic warrior. I understand the psion class, but I'm against the steady video game/comic book route that DnD has been travelling. The psychic warrior is too comic booky for me. Hang in there beguiler!
