non esd coversions?

just a quick question, what is the general thoughts on conversions of old tsr and other companies products which are not available as ESD's, such as articules from TSR's old Imagine magazine or Mayfair Games Inc's Role-Aids products?

Has anyone done conversions of those types of products?

Does anyone know what the owners of those products (Wizards of the Coast i think own Role-Aids, yes?) would allow with conversions of those products?

I would like to know anyones opinon's on those matters

AFAIK, the 'ESD Conversion Agreement" covers all older D&D products, not just ESDs.
