Non-swift versions of spells?

In more recent sourcebooks like the Spell Compendium, spells that have been around for a while have gotten a swift version.

Examples are Haste and Fly, with Swift Haste and Swift Fly as new spells.
These new spells typically have a lower level, a casting time of one swift (or sometimes even immediate) action, range Personal, target You and a duration of 1 round.

In my recent browsing through the spell compendium, I have also found interesting spells like Snipers Eye, Grave Strike, Golem Strike, etc.
These spell also have a low spell level, a casting time of one swift action, range Personal, target You and a duration of 1 round.

Which made me wonder: Are there longer lasting versions of these spells? I assume they would have a longer casting time and a higher spell level, but that's ok.

Just a little nitpick, since this is wrong. The Spell Compendium has (almost) no new spells. It's just a collection of previous sourcebooks.

Most of those spells got introduced in Complete Arcane/Adventurer, I think.

Not that I know of, but there is always spell research, if you want one, and your DM ok's it.

As Thanee says. But be careful. It can be bad idea for many of the swift spells. For example, if I can just use 3rd-spell slot to cast a standard action, round/level version of Wraithstrike, I will certainly do.

You must also note that there are now many ways to cast a standard action spell with a swift action without spending a 4 levels higher spell slot.

For example, Lesser Rod of Quicken Metamagic can be applied to the abovementioned non-swift Wraithstrike.

Comparing to make a swift, 1 round-version of existing spell, the reverse could cause much trouble.
