Heh. I have some klingon weaponry too...

Got a betleH, a Daqtagh, a meqleH, and a qutluch... the latter two are homade. I don't have a big enough forge to make a betleH though, and I lack the skill with switches and springs to make a Daqtagh.

Incidently, the meqleH is more of a machette than a dagger...

If your thinking the dagger with the lock/release "blade catchers", that's the Daqtagh.

Ok, I'm gonna go hide in a corner for knowing that...

To the Armory!

I've worked with metal for many many years. I've always had a fasciation with arms and armor (the hole fantacy-Conan type thing). I'd made an ax or a helm for an friend (involved with the SCA) now and then. All my friend would say you got to make more! For a good few years, any free time and material I could come up with I'd make something. That brought about researching and finally collecting more legitimate arms and armor. I've got more metal in my basement than a scap yard. Now all I have to do is drop a few pounds so I can fit back into some of it!

I own a sword, but it's nothing D&D related. It's an old Canadian officer's sword that I picked up as a prop for a project of mine. I don't have any Star Trek paraphernalia, as I am not into the sci-fi thing at all. I own a few guns, though I leave them in storage at my parents' house, as I do not like them (the guns, not the parents).

I've got two rapiers (one swept, one bell), a sword-cane, a fencing dagger (not a real dagger), full plate armour, a shield, chainmail shirt, studded leather armour, leather armour, numerous daggers of various lengths and utility, and many clubs (SCA swords/polearms/maces).

I don't fight in plate anymore (damn knee), but instead fight with my rapier and fencing dagger "unarmored" (in D&D terms).

Most weapons collectors know how to us their weapons, but for those few who don't: consider checking out the SCA (www.sca.org). It's fun.

Can't answer the poll, but...

I have no armor, but I own several Ren Fair outfits and the following weapons:

Thin-bladed longsword, generic European style
Short sword, generic European style
Warhammer (what D&D wants to call a pick)
Crusaders battleaxe
Viking longsword
Ninja-to
Roman gladius
Scottish baskethilt broadsword
Flamberge-bladed longsword
Rapier
Main-gauche
Scimitar
Tai saber
Italian battleaxe, purely ornamental
Multiple (about 5) daggers
Celtic sax dagger

Might've left off one or two, but that's basically the extent.
