OTOH, you shouldn't use the game to escape reality. Face life and lend a strong supporting hand to your fiance. After all it was her friend, not yours.

Thanks for all the kind words and condolences.

I know I shouldn't use the game as escapism, but its tempting. I'm still there for my fiance, as this is a rough time for her. She keeps asking if she should contact her friend (which I tell her of course she should) because she's afraid of being a bother.

My comments above were more ranting at the fates than anything else
