I just renewed my DDB subscription and I plan to go see the D&D movie. And get ready to buy some Magic cards when the new set comes out.

I do still want to try out Dungeon World with my group -- it looks like it might serve us in ways that D&D doesn't and probably can't. This whole fiasco made me give other games a serious look, and I intend to follow up on that. But that doesn't preclude getting back on the Wizards train as well.

I'm going to stick to my goal of trying a bunch of ORC stuff first and seeing if I can add some of my design stuff to one or more of them. D&D is back on the menu, but it's secondary now - they still TRIED this, and I won't forget that.

I'm looking forward to sharing D&D and RPGs in general with my sibling and their kids again. I may see the movie if it reviews well.
