Levanna will indeed use her reaction to counterspell the Drow Witch.

OK cool then Uhtred is not down the full amount AND the Drow Witch loses her spell and can't concentrate to maintain it!!!

Kind of moot, since Levana dispelled it but Uhtred would not get the damage reduction against witch bolt as HAM only works for BSP damage types.

I don't think I counted your Heavy Armor Mastery vs. the magical spell (it did 16 points) but I edited after Levanna counterspelled so I don't remember... (and it was like less then 30 minutes ago but I am at work so lots of distractions hehe)

In the midst of trying to work from home with two kids home sick yesterday, I completely forgot to look up whether or not the "help" command to Naeris is a bonus action or a "full" action. So I'll have to assume that it's a full action until I can remember to check my books.
