Yes. The off-topic forum is a sub-forum of the General RPG Discussion forum. If the off-topic question is related to the boards or ENWorld then this (Meta) is the right place to post.

I could, I've use some of the programs for the blind to websurf... though the boards are horrible to listen too. Too much fluff for a program not designed specificly for it.
