No you shouldn't allow CH's, but you should offer bonus XP or a toy of some type... (like a midway game, hit the target win a prize) ...if one of the PC's can get the package airborn before he falls .

If you want to be mean, his Thickness and Hardness are more apparent, and thus, he gets an extra Gore attack.
