"Ty chto mumu yebyosh!"

If that translates, I'd love to see what it comes up as. :) (It's anglicized Russian. It's got a literal translation, which I can't post here because of Eric's Grandma, and a figurative translation.)

Naughty naughty boy!
There are a few other things I could say as well in russian, or german or dutch or even korean if I wished to, but it loses it when you go from one language script to another.

As to the original question, I doubt you will find one for old english or old russian. however for russian or german (modern day equivalent to old english, very loosely) try babylon or use a search engine for online translators. I am not sure how good they are though.
There used to be a program called babylon lite (free version of babylon) that you could translate from one language to another, but I am not sure if it is still around anymore.
