Omata, The Bringer Of The Rain And Rainbow

A few last quick questions on omata’s stats before moving on:

What will be his final SR? CR (26)?
What about the caster level for ethereal jaunt?
Anything else you may have noticed?

CR: roughly 25 or 26 (needs to be playtested against a party consisting of one Fighter, one rogue, one cleric, and one wizard. Anyone up for it?)
SR should be his CR + 11
Caster level for Ethereal Jaunt should be either his HD or 20.
And omata is correct, he should have Color Spray at will and Prismatic Eye 3/day.

Ok, that should do it for Omata’s stats. :) I’ll post him in Homebrews soon, and you all can make any comments on him then. Or, you can continue to add your comments now, and I’ll update him as necessary.

Ok, let’s work up Omata’s cultists and servants. Tell you what, give me some ideas for stats, and we’ll work them out officially, starting next week. Also, a paragraph (at most) of description – physical appearance, personality, main activities, would be nice.

Two examples of cultists, given earlier in this thread:
prisma - female half elf lv 10 psion/ lv 3 clecic
Drax - male human 6 lvl psi war/ 10 slayer

Also, we can work up some stats for some of his personal followers, you know, the guys who do what he says. I think we only need two of these at most (sorry fellas):
the Spectrum a group of seven couatl each having mono color wings (one has red wing, one has blue wings ect.) of the rainbow
Xiraquatl, A female Half-Dragon(gold) Cuoatl with blue scales and green feathers that has been advanced to max
Clay_More’s “awakened” water elemental

Xiraquatl:

Take one Couatl (female),
Advance it to max HD,
Add the Half-Dragon (gold) template (changing its HD to D12s, it remains an outsider though.)

Alignment: LG

Personality: Intelligent, Calm, Collected, exellent strategist, hates mindflayers with a vengance.

LAter,

The CR guestimator breaks down above CR 19. So one has to compare Omata to the existing Fiend Lords to determine his approximate CR, then playtest him against a party consisting of one melee NPC (ftr, brb, rng, or pal.), one sneak npc (rog or brd), one divine NPC (drd or clr.), and one arcane NPC (wiz or sor). To determine his final CR. Remember that as a unique being he is to be considered as a though encounter.
