The Goals of Omata
Omata concerns himself primarily with strengthening the reach of psionics and individuals who use psionics, throughout the planes. He has established a psionics guild on Arcadia, and with the help of the Harmonium he hopes to extend this guild to the city of Sigil. He is also interested in establishing some sort of hold on the burnt world of Athas, and has sent followers there to attempt to rejuvenate the jungles of that world to establish a realm for him.
Omata’s intention is to weaken and eventually destroy the mind flayer god (and eventually, the whole mind flayer race), which he sees as a blight on the multiverse. He has formed a loose pact with Sardior the Ruby Dragon, as well as several enclaves of githzerai monks to create a network of psionic snakes. These snakes form a sort of hivemind, and allow Omata to observe the actions of the mind flayers and their god through the snakes’ eyes. These snakes will eventually allow Omata and his conspirators to fight a hidden psionic war against these foes.

The Cult of Omata
Now we will establish some information on the actual worship of Omata. I call it a cult, as (like fiend lords) the worship of celestial lords is not so much of a formal religion.
Give me some details of worship practices. What would a ritual be like? (briefly) what would a temple consist of? Who are his main worshippers (classes and races)?
Well, obviously psionics would play a big role in Omata’s worship, but he does have clerics as followers as established already. Who else?
Also, we should come up with 1-3 examples of major cultists that promote his worship. His most trusted one is a female half elf psion named Prisma. We’ll give her a brief description and stat block.

i doudt omata would have a temple maybe a claring in a forest . his major rituals would take place during or right after a rain storm or maybe at early morning to end a drought.
his worrshipers might be desert dweller who see him as a life giver, a every day god for rain forest dwellers and a god of thoughts or the mind. as for races humans, elfs, half elfs, and couatls . the classes would be psions, pychic warriors, clerics, druids, adepts and maybe a paladin or two.
i'll work on prisma stats tonight i was thinking lv 10 psion/ lv 3 clecic

Hmm... maybe one of his cult centers is located in an overgrown ruin in some jungle.
As for rituals, how about a festive gathering at the beginning of the rainy period (tropical equivalent of winter) where his followers celebrate the comming rain with a massive feast?
As for additional followers, how about:
Xiraquatl, A female Half-Dragon(gold) Cuoatl with blue scales and green feathers that has been advanced to max?

Looks like this thread is flowing very well.

*sigh* both races were once chaotic, but i guess WotC will redo the alignments of sentient races to fit their own convenience...
oh well, enough politics, back to the thread...
githyanki, as they are neutral in 3E, would probably make good allies for an LG power, though not ideal ones.
