Barton slyfoot could never be pinned down for anything, so it was only natral for him to be a scout for the clan and village. When his training was completed a younger brother was taken in as a new apprintice to their uncle, an outrider for the community. With a given primission to wander to where he wishes he left the ------ forest and ended up in the area of Silverdale. As he simple wanders into town he finds himself thirsty for some ale...

I've decided to ban conjuration and evocation. I'll make the needed adjustments to Bannocker's character sheet and bring him forward in the next day or two.
 



Umm, sorry Scott, as a Scout, you dont have access to regional feats. For clarification purposes, thats what i meant in an earlier post. If your not your races prefered class, you dont have access to regional feats or equipment.

I've never heard that before... Although in fairness I've been out of the game a while. Is that rule in the FRCS?
 

Indeed it is.

FRCS Page 28 said:
However, nonhuman characters are free to designate either their physical homeland or their racial culture as their character region, although they must be a member of a class listed for their race or homeland to select the corresponding regional feats and recieve the bonus startng equipment.

And since the listed classes are only the ones in the PHB I, those of us, like Scott and myself, who are playing classes outside the PHB I, dont have access to the feats and gear.
