(OOC) D&D 3.5 - Paridon: The Dark Metropolis (Ravenloft)

There's swamped, and then there's swamped.

You've been really patient through everything I've done. It's been hard, and I've needed to trim back the games I run because I'm too busy these days.

I'm also going to be out for another two weeks, minimum. So... here's the plan.

You've passed the climax for the adventure. At this point, it's wrapping up the loose ends you want to. I'm saying you pick yourselves up, the police help you down out of the clock, and you get back safely to the station, with Pigglemorth in custody.

And so will end Paridon Book I: Something Old, Something New.

It may be a month or so, but when things settle down again for me, I'll start up a recruitment thread for Paridon Book II: A Taste for Power.

It will start with the Rose Company cleaning up loose ends. Pigglemorth and Alek are in custody, as are the three "pets". Gis will arrange for the magistrate, and perhaps add one or two to the company. All of you will have priority in the new game.

I'm with everyone else: Sign me up for the next chapter, whenever that may be. I love this game.

I'd second IG's request about a link here to the new game; these days I tend to hit my subscribed threads and only rarely go browsing for new stuff, and I'd hate to miss the next round.

I had problems accessing the server in the last few weeks.

- The forum showed, but seemed always locked/under construction.

That said, I'd definitely be in for another round.

It was great fun to play with you all, and I enjoyed the campaign a lot.

In fact, this was the very best Ravenloft PbP I played outside the Fraternity of Shadows boards,
and I have been in a few.

If you say you need new PC, I'll read creation rules and books allowed and see if any of the concepts work out.
