Whether he was or not, this is the first time I can remember the going fan theory turning out to be right. And it was still worth it even though I was pretty sure what the reveal was going to be, just to see them bond over line delivery.

The transition in the character's adventuring lives reminds me alot of high level 1e play. You go from dungeon crawling to conducting battles and court intrigue.

And the party just never seems to be together.
