I think it'd be great if they'd had Roy's body all this time, but lacked the components to raise him.

I can't help but read this two ways.

1) You want to kill him, raise him, kill him, raise him, and kill him again.

or

2) You want to kill him so bad it'll take three true rezzes to bring him back.

Either one is appropriate.

While the official reason Eugene Greenhilt is not allowed into heaven is that blood oath, with his attitude, given how raked-over-the-coals Roy was, I doubt Eugene would pass that same test.
