If I were Roy's player, I would roll a wizardly brother of Roy.

Sister, his only known living relation is his younger sister Julia or was that Julie a Neutral aligned female wizard based in that city where Elan ended up being imprisoned due to his twin's machinations... the one where magic is restricted I believe.

Of course that doesn't mean he hasn't any cousins on either side of the family of course...
