Question to those who've read the reprint-books (I've only got On The Origin of PCs and Start of Darkness):

How does Rich handle the "special format" comics in printed form? I'm thinking specifically of the comic in which Roy died, which was a single frame, probably 3-5 pages long, and only about a quarter of a page wide.

Likely, that specific frame would get split up into four parts... All four parts would be printed side by side on the same page, which would be divided into four quarter-page panels that run the length of the page from top to bottom.

I think Roy's death was already printed, in War & XPs; I don't remember how, though.
