interrupt and reaction now defines when exactly our immediate actions take place. (actually it is also stated clearly what s done at beginneing and end of round etc... thts something i neve found in 3.x and befoe)
Opportunity attacks are by definition triggered interrupts which you can always perform.
I.e.: enemy leaving a thretened space, ranged attack in melee...
I would have changed the order and stated first what immediate actions are, whats an interupt and a reaction and then refered to it in the OA paragph.
