Oh, I fully expected her to fall, but that's not to say you couldn't rationalize a plausible excuse for her not falling... And besides, it's kind of fun argruing the other side of the coin when everyone else is so damn certain of the outcome.

Probably not. It was a Mark of Justice applied by one of Shojo's clerics, I believe.

I'd say fallen paladin for now... From her expression in the last panel, the judgement of the gods may have been sufficiently clear and forceful to cause some self doubt. So redemption is not impossible. (I was strongly expecting her to decide the gods themselves were evil if she just lost her powers, but I'm only giving it even odds now.)

You don't just become a blackguard from doing something to lose your paladinhood.

If she becomes a blackguard I will be disapointed. I have found the entire Miko storyline to be just blah.

Way back when she first appeared I knew she would fall and so when she did it was very anticlimax.
