Ok, how about Celestial Requiem?

Wouldn't you know it, there's a website by this title which is a fan site for an Anime with adult themes some of which are nasty.

I just googled and found it.

The opening screen contains the disclaimers, but nothing immediately objectionable visually.

I'd go with either "THACO" or "Hack & Slash".

You would be amazed at how many of those names listed are already in use and or copywritten fully. As someone already mentioned, do a search to see if a particular name is taken. If you feel confident that the name is unique, get it copywritten before you perform. There's nothing that will kill your band in a large market area (i.e. big city with much competition) than having to change your band name even once, nevertheless changing it twice or more.

No matter which name you choose, remember to Google it first. I had a great name for my band (that is, the band I will form when we have a cool name), but it turns out there's already a band called The Gods Hate Kansas.
