I'm sitting on nails just thinking about game 7 tonight. Kings have showed their tenacity once again this year, I just hope we can show our true colors this game...

Just like last year...let the Kings come back after being up 3 games to 1 and then show 'em what a real playoff team can do!

Seing as the Oilers are not even in the playoffs - and with their limited payroll wouldn't do much anyway - I haev to cheer for the greatest team of all time!!!

Btw, glad to see the #1 seed go down to the Habs. Makes losing a little LESS painful to bear...course they got PUSHED farther than the Flyers. The Flyers didn't come CLOSE to scoring more goals than any of the teams in the playoffs. Someone find me Vangal's axes...I need to mulitate Booby Clarke.

so now the fist round is decided except NYI and the Leafs Personally I would like to see the two Ontario teams go at Toronto vs.Ottawa would be fun to see.

And wings vs.Blues should be fun too.

Woohoo! The Avalanche won, even though it took seven games and not six, like I predicted.

Thank goodness it's over. I was really worried after the way the Kings manhandled them the last two games. Having Milan Hejduk made a huge difference, and Chris Drury is a hockey GOD! Seriously, he is the most clutch performer in hockey that I have ever seen. In the second period, the tension and pressure of the game just seemed to build and build, until I was completely caught up in it. When Drury carried the puck halfway down the ice, faked out one defenseman and jumped through two more, and then managed to somehow chop the puck over Potvin's shoulder to score, I was so excited that I yelled at the top of my lungs without even knowing it. What an incredible feeling. I swear to god, it was better than sex.

Well, the Avs were shaky at times, but Patrick was definitely "on" tonight and saved their bacon more than once. It also didn't hurt that the Kings were hobbled with injuries. I just hope that Colorado can make it through what is sure to be another grueling, physical series with San Jose. Vive la Hockey!
