Two Character Concepts Looking For Home

Female Halfling Monk. Driven by vengeance, searching for the killer of her assassinated parents, and having sworn an oath of silence for over half her life, she is called Silent One.

And she needs a home! Any new game of any level that needs more, or any running game that would take a new addition, would be a welcome home to this character concept. Requires nothing but the core rules, although some of the feats from Sword and Fist and Oriental Adventures would be nice.

Male Elf Telepath. Blind from birth, sarcastic and pessimistic, angry at the world, and prone to being rude, crude, and arrogant towards others, he is Ambartur - Elvish for "World Ruler".

He, too, needs a place to call home! As with the above concept, any new game that needs people or any currently running game that will accept a new addition would be a welcome place to utilize this concept. Requires the core rules and the Psionics Handbook. Also, his blindness could be problematic, though in higher-level games he would probably be using the Clairvoyance power in place of sight.

Also for the modern GI Joe Vs. Cobra modern game? CAn we be cobra or GI JOE? i'm all for shouting COOOOBBBBRRRAAA

as for types of games? I am interested in any D20 type game that's out there. Modern or Fantasy...super heros, depends on the rule set, i would have to learn them. I love the DNW system so far so someone just let me know which rules and which genre you want to play...

With my Joe/Cobra games, there will be one game for each side, and no player overlap. You will only be able to choose one, and it seems like you're up for Cobra.

With my D20 Modern Supers game, I'll be using 4CtF for the supers rules, from ENWorld's own Natural 20 Press and RangerWickett. Only $5 at RPGNow!!

You'll need to recheck the thread. I've added some details I left out.

Once the character is approved, we need to figure a way to work him in. The base concept looks fine as is, but I think the characteristics and hit points are off (because you didn't have enough information to create him, not due to errors).

Zhure - as for how to bring him in, I've been considering going back to the Academy to get my psionic armor and shield. If we go back for our stuff, then we might find his character... just a suggestion...
