Avoid the Riverwalk for food!!! It is overpriced and touristy. Good Mexican food can be found at Mi Tierra's in Le Mercada (Farmer's Market) and at La Fogata's, off of Vance Jackson. The Alamo Cafe is pretty good as well. There are plenty of good steakhouses and Thai Restaurants scattered throughout town. The riverwalk is cool, especially the bars but the food is lackluster.
