(OT) So, what unusual Christmas gifts are you guys getting for someone or asking for?

I'm asking for a lazy susan-style carousel rack for my mini paints, and a bunch of those fancy-pantsy Vallejo paints to fill it with. Good paintin', here I come!

Well, darn. I was going to suggest a 24k gold magic wand that shoots out face-seeking razor blades engraved with "I Love You", but I guess that's right out.

Well, considering she doesn't like magic, pretty much yeah.

I'm getting a pine tree cut down from my yard as a Christmas present.
My wedding gift from my parents was 3 tree being cut down!
Insulation for the house.
All these from my parents as christmas or wedding gifts.

My wife's fellow teachers didn't believe us when we asked for a storage room. At $10 a head we could got a big one.

I getting a friend and his son some games from Cheap beep games.

I gave dice and coin replicas last year.

I'm going to be giving gift cards for the most part. Fellow gamers get gaming foo that they either want or that I think they need.

Prime candidate on this list: Anything By Monte Cook. One guy is getting the both Books of Eldritch Magic (print copies). One is getting the Banewarrens. One is getting the first Registry.

I still think that Malhavok should run an Xmas special on bundled stuff, and call it The Full Monte.

'House' stuff for a lot of people. Gift cards to Home Depot.
