So, if you make an ass of yourself in a public place, and people laugh at you, you have the right to get revenge on them, and/or sue? Man, you are messed up.
Are you kidding? EVERYONE gets picked on at some point in their life- get over it. I was made fun of by a girl in high school for asking her out- so now its cool for me to blow her head off? Get a grip. Reality check- people who get picked on usually are picked on because they are being idiots in public and/or trying to force their way into social situations they don't belong in. The girl I asked out was a "popular" girl, and I was in the geek crowd- I was exposing myself to ridicule by trying to fit in somewhere I wasn't accepted. No harm done, but I realized it was MY fault. Right or wrong, society has expected norms that most people use to relate to other human behavior, and when someone violates those customs- they are targets of derision and singling out. The Columbine kids were already mentally disturbed, and engaged in behaviors that singled them out and invited derision by their classmates. The fault was theirs, not their classmates. Same thing with the Star Wars kid- he voluntarily engaged in weird behavior (even weirder for a 15-16 year old), and didn't expect that if someone found out, he would be made fun of?
Revenge is a part of life only if you let it be. Revenge actually accomplishes nothing in the long run except hard feelings, potential injury, and a never-ending cycle of hatred. Just look at the various ethnic/racial violence around the world. You're advocating that? I'm glad you are not in a position of power.
We all feel sorry for the kid- nobody is denying that. But what you advocate is sheer anarchy and hatred for the joy of it. Those kids who uploaded the video were not rogue elements, terrorists, or splinter political groups- they were kids playing a joke. I'd hope you are making these extreme and hateful comments to make a point or for sheer cussedness, but if you really feel this much venom and indignation, I'd step back and ask yourself why you are so angry.
Motive doesn't mean much. All that matters is the result.

People who Actually laughed - If they laughed in his face, then yes, I would support those lawsuits.

Depends. Did the columbine kids target only those who picked on them?

So? Revenge is a part of life. It happens while you are alive. While you are alive, you may be victim of revenge. Life's not fair.
