Satan already has a team working overtime to complete a new wing for this girl. And she was a nurses aide. (shudder) Nice bedside manner.

And part of the new wing in Hell will have rooms for her attorney, who claims the prosecutors and the police are "overreaching" in charging the girl with murder.

I say she should get the same treatment. Take her out to the woods, tie her to tree, break and cut her legs, tell her you're "real sorry" and leave her there for the carnivorous weasels.
This is when you need an balor with an attitude to exact punishment.

Good lord.

I will say, though, that we shouldn't be too hard on her attorney. It's his ethical responsibility to try and get the most advantageous verdict for his client. I would not, however, want to be her attorney, whoosh. But, further discussion of this could deteriorate into politics, bad, bad.

Dude! That's evil! Pure evil!  How could you do that? I mean, especially since he was pleading with her and stuff. And she just ignored hiM!? man..

Everytime someone posts one of those "What's your alignment?" threads, and people seem almost proud to post how they're evil, this is the kind of story I think about. Not that I think everyone who posts that they're evil is like this person, but that they really have no concept of what true evil is. This story gives me chills up my spine.

Reminds me of a theme in sci-fi

In science fiction movies and novels, there is a recurring theme about the violence humans are capable of. I was watching Planet of the Apes (the new one with marky mark) and this ape was astonished when Marky told her that on Earth, monkeys are kept in zoos and that their numbers have been depleted due to habitat destruction. She was aghast, to which he remarked, "That's nothing. You should see what we do to each other."

The same thing occurred in Ender's Game. The bugs invaded, we beat 'em back, and when we were sufficiently prepared we annihilated their entire species. The sole bug left alive made some comment to the effect of, "We didn't expect you to get so angry."

In my own games I rarely rely on monsters as the bad guys. No, I find the human monsters are fiendish enough. Close you eyes and imagine the sickest, most depraved act of violence you can muster. Chances are, if you can think it then someone has actually done it.

*shudder*
