[OT] Ubiquitous Angel Thread

Lucius Foxhound

First Post
Anyone see Angel last night? I usually can see things coming a mile away on that show, but I did NOT see Wesley keeping Justine as a slave girl in his closet! How long did he hold her in there, months?

"I'll take away your bucket."

Hah! That show rocks.

Take a look over in the Sc-Fi forum, there's a thread about this already over there. Of course this will soon be over there two once it gets moved.

This thread title needs a definite [SPOILERS] tag. I'm sure some people would be very upset to have bits of the season opener laid bare.

Also, this is in the wrong forum :)

Oops. Forgot about that board. Buncha losers over there, anyhow. I like it over here with the D&D/d20 losers!

He's talking about the SF/Fantasy discussion forum on this site. Cllck on the "EN World - Morrus' D&D/d20 News & Reviews Site" link above left and scroll down the page to see where it is.

Actually Lucius, I don't find Buffy and Angel posts all that OT (of course, I'm not a moderator).

But seriously, those two shows are ready-made RPG campaigns (several of them) and I've ripped them off repeatedly for Shadow Chasers.

Yesterdays' episode was awesome and gave me great ideas for turning former "good" PCs into "bad" NPCs a la Wesley. When a player moves away or quits the game, don't just make them go on vacation or die, use'em!

I was able to do this in a D&D campaign, turning the party necromancer into an antagonist for the group. Angel is a shining example to anyone else who wants to try this!
