Upper stuff.

Curls - Felt weak and tired lol. I need to do more of this as its not going anywhere.
Bench - EASY 230, and good reps on 250 again. Win.
Dips - I questioned myself, kept it at 3 x 10 - 75s.
Flys - Same, 160s.
Incline - 70, 75, 80s x 10. At this point I was hurting.
Tri Extension - Usual.

Ended with a Delt Lateral into Curls into Delt Forward Lift thing till burnout, light weights but it feel good.

Tomorrow, typical light stuff, focus on the traps/delts/bicep with 3 sets of deadlift to 'wake up' at the start.
How's the shoulder feeling?

Made it to the gym yesterday.
 

Yeah, that sucked about as much as expected.

Shoulder stuff back to back is a mistake I won't make again.

Edit.

Looking back, yesterday was way harder than a week ago. I had also increased legs this week, and was really feeling burnt out. On top of the increase in Bench/Incline, I was maintaining everything else, so something had to give.

I start my diet on Monday I think, and need to turn Saturday into a cardio/core only day.

Everything is sore right now, joints, all of it, lol
