Upper stuff.
Curls - Felt weak and tired lol. I need to do more of this as its not going anywhere.
Bench - EASY 230, and good reps on 250 again. Win.
Dips - I questioned myself, kept it at 3 x 10 - 75s.
Flys - Same, 160s.
Incline - 70, 75, 80s x 10. At this point I was hurting.
Tri Extension - Usual.
Ended with a Delt Lateral into Curls into Delt Forward Lift thing till burnout, light weights but it feel good.
Tomorrow, typical light stuff, focus on the traps/delts/bicep with 3 sets of deadlift to 'wake up' at the start.
