Triceps Extension (Cable)
Set 1: 110 lb × 15
Set 2: 110 lb × 15

Lateral Raise (Dumbbell)
Set 1: 30 lb × 13
Set 2: 30 lb × 13

Push Up
Set 1: 60 reps

I had some unaccustomed energy so I went back on a consecutive evening last night, intending to do pull and shoulders, but blanked and went into auto-pilot and did dumbbell bench, dumbbell inclined curls, and dumbbell skull crushers again. And then I did add three sets of cable row. I was surprised that my chest and arms recovered as quickly as they did and I was able to do very comparable work to the day before.

OTOH I got a nasty knot around my left shoulder blade which is still paining me this morning and I'm trying to relax through (600mg ibuprofen hasn't made much of a dent).
 




Did weight training at the buhurt gym. It was suspiciously like an intense cardio workout just with much heavier weights. Bah!

However before that I got fitted to armor! Saturday we’ll train, I’ll train, in full armor!

The next Saturday there is an exposition fight. A demo for folks. So not full steam, sort of, I can’t wait!

Also got a used punching bag and a stand and gloves and wrestling shoes.
