Heading to the gym in a minute here, I'm kind of tilted over what I perceive to be a regression due to this vacation I took.

Probably all in my head, but I'm not happy about it. :LOL:
Remember that a break can be a deload, and re-sensitize you. Even if you've lost a little strength, you may have traded it for better growth right now. :)

But get some PT for that shoulder!

Back Day.

It was good, but I gotta tell you. I'm ~4 pounds down, and I do not get it. 1 week of poor diet and not working out = 4 pounds down? WTF?

I was stable and increasing for months?

Super tilted.
