Overcoming DR

I know it's not on the chart, but that doesn't mean it's inferior - it means it was left off the chart. :D

I think it won't penetrate DR (because that might be unbalancing with this PrC), but I'd like to know if there's anything that explicitly states it as such.

Which quote?

This one. DMG pg 74

"A creature's natural weapons count as wepons of the type that can ignore it's own DR."

Are there any weapons that can pass a barbarians DR? No. (Unless it is in some odd book). So they don't bypass any DR.

I think Orco's hit it on the head. I'm not sure if that line in the DMG was meant to deal with this exact situation specifically, but it does fit perfectly, in my opinion.

You are evil. ;)

I would say no, since no weapon can bypass the barbarians DR.

Therefor his punch counts as a + nil weapon....

This hurts my head....

Why not? It's said that you need equal or greater DR to bypass DR.

Wouldn't two barbarians be equal in DR?

Devil's Advocate:

What if there was a weapon created that could? Why can't they count as theoretical weapons, anyway?
