Oversized Weapons in the Builder

I'm building a Bugbear Hybread Barbarian/Warden. They are allowed to use weapons that are oversized. How do I increase the size of the weapon in the builder without it going House Ruled?

Thanks.

Yeah, CB lists monster races that have NPC templates in the back of the MM's but 'officially' these races are not designed to be PCs. There is a note about DMs allowing PCs to use them may find that they aren't balanced as well as the official races, which tends to be true. Bugbear in fact has been cited as the poster child for having the oversized ability, which Mike Mearls called out as being something that they weren't going to do ever again because it tended to be a bit unbalanced. I don't know why CB doesn't flag them as being house ruled. A few of the monster races like gnolls have actually gotten writeups in Dragon, but those versions differ slightly from the monster versions (and may be considered official PC races in CB for all I know, I haven't checked). Nothing wrong with playing a bugbear, goblin, kobold, etc if the DM is good with it, they just sometimes need some tweaking.

Is it...lol...The builder never told me that. My builds tend to be Str/Con based and playing a Goliath everytime is getting old.

Any race that was not released in a PHB or a Dragon magazine article are legal players races. Any others are from the Monster Manuals and are highly urged against being allowed to use as PC races.

With your race in question it is the last remaining race with over sized weapon. And it has already been stated by the WOTC powers that be that no PC race will ever have the over sized weapon ability.

Outside of Paragon and Elite class features of course.

So play a Warforged or Minotaur... Personally, I really like the backstory and general alienation of the Warforged "race". And some of the Minotaur miniatures look really good (we love our minis).

What do people think of a Kobold Rogue, is that over powered with that minor action shift 1 for a rogue.

I just like him for the +2 Con / +2 dex that fits my specialist rogue build.

Plus "Krazy Kobold of Kord". has some symetry about it.

And I guess the +2 Stealth cant hurt either.

If the Shifty power is considered cheese / broken, then I dont want to take it.
