PCGenView is great.
It starts with a character export/import from PCGen (a great PC Management program).

I use this now
while playing and find it invaluable.
Both these programs work well, but are most definately development projects and change almost weekly. PCGen is going to go to "production" in a month or two, and then will be stable.
It will take longer for PCGenView to do the same - mostly because we keep asking for more features! (Yes, we are very greedy users - especially for a free product!)
