D&D 5E Party Make Up

Logan Ashkettle

First Post
Hey everyone! I've had so many good interactions on this site, I am trying to get help for a friend with his party. They seem pretty balanced with a Wild magic sorcerer, an evocation wizard, a forge cleric, a bear barbarian, and a rouge. I told him he would be good to play pretty much anything, but wanted to be sure there wasn't an obvious thing I was missing. Any advice? Thanks!

As an aside, I think people worry too much about parties being balanced, as if every party needs a tank, a healer, a caster and a really good taco chef.

If every player in a group wants to play chef or rogue or fighter, it sounds like a fun game to me.

Beyond that, I agree with BoldItalic, a fighter is a good place to start.

I find too much rouge makes a party too made up.
Mascara and blush are good for party make up, assuming the characters don't mind sharing

Another wizard - then you can chime in with some very current insight for the 2 Wizards sharing spellbooks thread. :)

Or maybe a druid or ranger for some alternative healing power
